Copperstone Holdings is a Western Canadian land investment and development company.
Our Vision
We start with raw land, work through planning & engineering processes and approvals, and create shovel-ready investments. Similar to picking a house layout or paint colours, we can often customize the subdivision layouts and lot configuration for our purchasers.
We target land parcels that are fully serviced, typically with water, sewer, power, gas, and fibre optics. We also concentrate on parcels within municipal boundaries, with great access.
Our typical purchasers include small to mid-sized developers, home builders, and site works contractors.
Our listings include residential, commercial and industrial land developments.
